Brinner: Purple sweet potato steel cut oatmeal topped with a sliced banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Super simple oatmeal…tasted alright. I think I don’t like this peanut butter…it tastes and feels like foam. If I had almond butter this would have been MUCH better.
Exercise: 8 mile run at 7:53 mins/mile.
